LMSA SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Our goal is to provide children with a safe and organized environment in which they may experience the many benefits minor softball offers. We put fun first in sports and encourage kids to develop their skills in a recreational atmosphere. Youth participating in our programs improve self-esteem and confidence, learn about team work and cooperation, improve health and fitness levels, build relationships, develop fundamental skills, and improve existing skills.
Benefits of Being a Sponsor
Your help and support will ensure our area youth are provided with a positive softball experience. As an individual or local business involved with LMSA, you will benefit by being recognized for your goodwill and support of youth softball.
Our main goal is to build a successful organization that can accommodate recreational and competitive individuals and teams and we hope to do that by providing a HOME field where the players can feel proud to play on. We are looking at revamping and maintaining our main field the George Vaselenak Miners Park and to move towards building another feature field in the future. We hope that your business will consider taking part in our growing Softball program!
Sponsorship Packages
Home Run Package - $750.00
- One color print sign placed on the outfield fence at Miner’s Field for one (1) calendar year.
- Sign renewal fee $100 per year (for up to two additional years)
- Listed as a Sponsor on LMSA website Home Page with your company logo and URL link to your company’s website.
- 4 quarterly social media posts indicating your company’s sponsorship with LMSA.
- This information will be viewable for one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase.
- Ability to distribute flyers, brochures, or coupons at 2 identified games with the added bonus of having the advertising insert included in our “goodie bags” given out at our year end events.
Triple Play Package - $500.00
- Listed as a Sponsor on LMSA website Home Page with your company logo and URL link to your company’s website.
- 4 quarterly social media posts indicating your company’s sponsorship with LMSA.
- This information will be viewable for one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase.
- Ability to distribute flyers, brochures, or coupons at 2 identified games with the added bonus of having the advertising insert included in our “goodie bags” given out at our year end events.
Team Advantage Package - $250.00
- Company’s Logo added to your team of choice t-shirt jerseys for the season. (T-shirt jerseys are used for practices and games which the players keep)
- Listed as a Sponsor on LMSA website Home Page with your company logo and URL link to your company’s website. This information will be viewable for one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase.
- Framed Team Photo
Supporter’s Packages
- This is for any company that gives a discount or exclusive deal with LMSA.
- Listed as a Supporter on LMSA website, as well as a link to your company’s website. This information will be viewable for one (1) calendar year from the date of signage.
Awards Sponsorship
- Sponsor our awards ceremony where we hand out awards for various accomplishments for the year to players, coaches, officials and executive members.
